Julianne Lepp is a Unitarian Universalist minister, writer, and activist who currently serves at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She shares life adventures with her partner, mother-in-law, and two children as well as four cats and a bunch of cute guppies. Julianne has a background in finance, game design, and massage therapy and has a deep love of labyrinths, gardening, gaming, and writing. Julianne graduated from Candler School of Theology in 2010 with a Masters of Divinity and was certified in Spiritual Direction through Meadville Lombard Theological School in 2025.
Her approach to ministry, spirituality and spiritual direction is grounded in Unitarian Universalism, which means she is comfortable with many paths and sources of wisdom. She was raised as an Episcopalian but decided to become a seeker in her twenties. She became active in Unitarian Universalist spiritual life, volunteering and lay-speaking in her early twenties, and began seminary at thirty-three to become a Unitarian Universalist minister. She has been a practitioner of Earth-centered spirituality for many years and draws upon nature, mysticism, poetry, and Buddhism in her spiritual practices.
Julianne offers compassionate and heart-led spiritual companionship and guidance to seekers of all ages, and walks of life.
